Hi. My name is Julie Begbie and I am The Reading Gal!  I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, and have a passion to help my hometown reach its reading goals!  

I began my teaching career in 2002, and have taught English/Language Arts/Reading Support classes in Reno and Las Vegas.

I am happy to bring nearly 20 years of teaching experience and knowledge together to assist both struggling and excelling readers to be confident and successful. I also enjoy bringing fun reading-based community events to our area!
